The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about bridging business needs with IT solutions? Join us as a Business Analyst, where you’ll be pivotal in translating requirements into digital solutions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for IT projects, including website development and client interfaces.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders,
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Manage project timelines and ensure quality delivery.
- Conduct user acceptance training (UAT) to validate solutions.
- Proficient in ERP/CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics, 365.
Location: Smith&Smith Support Office (1 Carmont Place, Mount Wellington, Auckland 1060)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
What we’re looking for
- Strong ability to gather and document comprehensive business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear and actionable specifications.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to establish an excellent working relationship with people at all levels.
- Proficiency in translating business needs into technical solutions, with a solid understanding of IT processes and systems.
- Ability to act as Test Lead, developing appropriate testing approaches and plans for functional changes. Including Test Strategy and Test Plans (e.g. regression, integration, system Integration, UAT and security testing).
- Deep familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, to effectively support and enhance core business operations.
- Experience with SAP Signavio or similar Business Process Management tools would be advantageous
