About the Role
As a Business Analyst in our Service Department, you’ll do more than analyze numbers—you’ll help drive smarter decisions across a fast-paced offshore environment.
Working in a tight-knit team, you’ll take ownership of data quality, build robust models, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to transform complex data into meaningful action.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Turn data into insight: analyze market trends, support strategy development, and follow up on key initiatives
- Translate complexity into clarity: deliver sharp, decision-ready insights to senior stakeholders
- Strengthen data foundations: identify, monitor, and improve data quality across systems
- Build models that matter: forecast scenarios, assess performance, and support business cases
- Collaborate across teams: work closely with business and finance to create scalable, data-driven solutions
- Be a trusted partner: engage with users and experts to understand needs and deliver high-impact solutions
- Shape the future: contribute to the development of our modern data platform
Who You Are
- 2+ years’ experience in business analysis, finance, data modelling, or similar
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data in a business context (offshore experience is a bonus)
- Skilled at turning data into clear, actionable insights
- Proactive, hands-on, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills in English
- Curious about AI and motivated to explore how it can drive business value
