Responsible for business management, process management, and user management of manufacturing IT systems.

1. Business Requirement Analysis: Communicate with production business departments to gather and analyze their needs, ensuring IT systems meet business requirements, support and enhance business efficiency, and comply with GxP regulations.

2. System Evaluation: Assess the performance of existing production IT systems, propose improvements and new system requirements based on business needs, and assist in selecting suitable technical solutions.

Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力
Work Experience: At least 5 years of business analysis or related experience in production IT systems. Preference for candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
