Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Business Activity Manager (f/m) to join our Technical Data Operations team based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing responsible for producing, delivering Maintenance and Flight instructions and providing worldwide support to our customers to ensure safe and efficient aircraft operations across the entire life cycle.
As part of the Technical Data Operations team , you will support the organization's efficient functioning, ensure quality standards are met, and effectively manage cross-domain performance and key supplier relationships.

Your challenges:
Support TD Operations domain in managing and optimizing processes to ensure a lean and effective Domain's organization.
Coordinate the definition of the domain's key competencies and associated training paths, and deploy the tutoring program for newcomers.
Prepare and organize internal events and support ad-hoc initiatives as requested by the Head of TD Operations.
Ensure the efficient operational management of Technical Data Operations subcontracting activities, including oversight of the €9M direct budget and associated invoicing for all Technical Data Operations activities.
Support all Technical Data Operations financial stakeholders (Finance Controller, Business Support) and act as the Technical Data Operations administrator for the Technical Data Operations financial tool, including testing and collecting improvements.
Drive quality initiatives and ensure that processes are clearly identified, defined, and meticulously monitored (KPIs, documentation, SHAPE maturity).
Propose recommendations to optimize the management of activities, reporting, and action follow-up.
Prepare performance reviews, bi-lateral meetings with TD operations stakeholders, ensuring robust action tracking.
Guarantee the continuity and execution of the AOS (Airbus Operating System) strategy bricks relevant to TD Operations (maturity consolidation and/or acquisition) .
Ensure SIDO Practical Problem Solving (PPS) facilitation in collaboration with the PPS network within SIDO/SID
Ensure efficient internal and external TD Operations business communication and reporting across various channels (Gsite, recurrent meetings).
Support continuous improvement and innovation by fostering digitalization opportunities (e.g., Skywise, data analytics) to optimize performance.
This role requires strong transversal coordination and organizational skills, involving daily interaction with Technical Data Operations managers across our transnational footprint (FR, GE, UK, SP, India, China, Americas, etc.) and engagement with finance and leadership teams across various stakeholder departments.
Your boarding pass:
Proven experience in Operational Management, Process Coordination, or Business Controlling within a complex, multinational environment.
Strong capabilities in process definition, KPI monitoring, and quality assurance frameworks.
Financial coordination skills, ideally with experience in budget support, controlling tools, and managing subcontracting invoicing/operations.
Organizational and communication skills, capable of coordinating activities and reporting clearly to various stakeholders.
Experience in supporting change management or transformation initiatives is highly valued.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
