THE JOB:
Join the team at Sadelle’s, where timeless brunch classics meet effortless charm. As a Bus & Runner, you’ll help keep our dining room running smoothly and beautiful maintaining a spotless section, clearing and resetting tables with care, and ensuring our side stations stay fully stocked with polished glassware, crisp linens, and all the essentials. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Food Servers to deliver a seamless guest experience, from the swift, graceful delivery of dishes to anticipating needs before they’re spoken. Your attention to detail helps create the warm, inviting atmosphere guests expect when visiting Sadelle’s.
THE STARTING RATE: $20.3683 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner
Clean and sanitize all equipment
Keep floors free of debris and spills
Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the property
Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom
Assist with proper stock rotation
Run food as required by the Department
Perform other job-related duties as requested
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Bus or Food Runner in a fine dining restaurant preferred
