Role: Bulk Feed Truck Driver 

Compensation: $27.32/hour 

Location:  Moncton, MB 

Hours/Shift: Average 55 hours/week

What You’ll Do


In this role, you will own the responsibility of delivering bulk feed products accurately, efficiently, and on time across the Atlantic, ensuring every customer interaction reflects courtesy, quality, and reliability. You’ll take charge of multi-drop routes, maintain precise logbooks, and complete all required paperwork to meet business standards. By proactively caring for your vehicle, performing inspections, and adhering to safety protocols, you’ll demonstrate accountability and pride in your work. Your commitment to excellence and willingness to go the extra mile will create a positive experience for our customers and reinforce our promise to deliver with integrity.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who owns every aspect of the role with strength, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll need the physical capability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and be comfortable performing tasks that involve repetitive motion. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you’ll demonstrate flexibility by working weekends when required and maintain a professional, polite demeanor that reflects our commitment to exceptional customer service. By taking accountability for your performance and embracing challenges with confidence, you’ll help us deliver on our promise of reliability and quality.

You’ll Also Need

  • Grade 12 or equivalent education
  • Minimum of 1 year truck driving experience
  • Class 1 driver’s license
  • Clean driver’s abstract
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg bags of feed and perform heavy physical tasks
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong team and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Ability to drive both manual/standard transmission vehicles
  • Mechanical aptitude, including basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulics, and piping systems, plus knowledge of various machines and tools and their use, repair, and maintenance
  • Experience in feed or agriculture (asset)
