What you will do
We have an exciting opportunity for a Building Analytics Engineer who will drive operational excellence for the Service Operations Teams.
You will be a strong communicator, support all branches nationally and support internal sales teams. This role is intended to provide technical analysis of energy, analytics and automation systems.
The Building Analytics Engineer will be responsible for delivering contractual monitoring reports, creating and executing measurement and verification plans, performing custom data analysis for a variety of time-series sets of data, including interval utility data, building automation system trend data, and other logged data series. This role will also be responsible for managing OpenBlue Connected enabled sites activities inclusive of workflow management and facility performance opportunity (FPOs/FIMs/ECMs) dentification.
Your major responsibilities are; however not limited to;
Provide support to the Service Operations Teams and Sales Teams in terms of Facility Performance tasks
Identification, review and tracking of Facility Performance Opportunities (FPOs)
OpenBlue Connected work flow management and PSA delivery
OpenBlue Connected site outcome management and resolution
OpenBlue Connected site reporting
OpenBlue Connected site Global rule management
Digital Solutions operational training and update communications
Assist Client Solutions Manager (CSMs) and Service Account Managers (SAMs) with engineering support for roadmaps and ROI models
OpenBlue Connected chiller management
Delivers to JCI customers within predetermined financial and non-financial objectives.
Leads the Frontline Service Professionals’ (FLSPs) and Client Solutions Managers (CSMs) to drive growth.
Provides monthly reporting on Facility Performance Opportunities (FPOs), OpenBlue Connected and Connected Chillers forecasting

Significant understanding in Facility Performance and Sustainability.
Strong understanding of Facility HVAC, Chillers, Mechanical and Electrical systems.
Previous experience supervising / directing work of other technicians.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Customer focus approach
Sound commercial and business acumen.
Proficient with MS Word and Excel and the ability to program or code software.
NABERS Certification preferred.
