GENERAL SCOPE
The Diversey BSC Accounts Manager will drive aggressive sales growth within the Building Service Contractor (BSC) sector across Southern Africa. This role demands a strategic leader who can deliver sustainable, profitable growth while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to aggressively expand market share and revenue within the BSC sector
- Leadership & Management: Provide general management and leadership for all operating functions within the sector, fostering a high-performance culture.
- People Development: Mentor and develop team members to achieve business objectives and personal growth.
- Business Planning: Create and implement business plans aligned with regional and global strategies to grow in South Africa .
- P&L Accountability: Manage full profit and loss responsibility for the sector.
- Collaboration: Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration within the broader South African business units to maximize synergies.
Objective: Deliver consistent, sustainable, and profitable sales growth while positioning Diversey as the market leader in the BSC sector.
KNOWLEDGE
BSC Sector Expertise
- Deep understanding of the Building Service Contractor industry, including key players, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Familiarity with cleaning, hygiene, and facility management solutions.
Sales & Business Development
- Proven ability to develop aggressive growth strategies and execute them successfully.
- Knowledge of sales cycles, account management, and negotiation techniques.
Financial Acumen
- Strong grasp of P&L management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
