Brand Manager - Eli Lilly and Company (Taiwan)

Job Summary

The Brand Manager is responsible for supporting executing comprehensive marketing strategies for assigned pharmaceutical brands within the Taiwan market, aiming to drive brand growth, market share, and patient access. The role emphasize collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign implementation, field readiness and execution quality that contribute to brand growth and patient access

Job Responsibilities

  • Translate global and local marketing strategies into clear, actionable execution plans for the Taiwan market

  • Ensure marketing initiatives are practical, field-ready, and aligned with local business needs

  • Identify and address execution gaps between strategy design and real-world implementation

  • Lead end-to-end campaign rollout, including timeline planning, material readiness, and launch coordination

  • Support continuous optimization of campaigns based on field feedback and execution performance

  • Act as a key liaison between Marketing and Sales teams, translating field insights into execution improvements

  • Regularly engage with field teams to understand execution challenges and refine marketing tools and messages

  • Manage execution timelines, dependencies, and risks to support on-time and compliant delivery

  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve execution issues and ensure alignment

  • Support collaboration with SOA to ensure alignment between marketing execution and scientific activities

  • Coordinate internally with Brand Managers to support appropriate and compliant execution of society-related initiatives

  • Assist in planning and executing SOA-related activities from a commercial execution and operational perspective, including logistics, timelines, and internal alignment

  • Define and track execution-focused KPIs, including field adoption, utilization, and execution quality

  • Analyze performance data and qualitative feedback to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Share execution insights and best practices with the Marketing team to strengthen future initiatives



Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial, sales, marketing, or product related role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
* Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drove brand growth and market share.
* Strong understanding of the Taiwan pharmaceutical market, healthcare landscape, and regulatory environment.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify key insights, and make data-driven decisions.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience in digital marketing and multi-channel engagement strategies is a plus.
* Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
