Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans, including market analysis, competitive landscape assessment, and identification of key opportunities and threats.
* Manage the full product lifecycle for assigned brands, from launch planning and execution to ongoing market optimization and potential divestiture strategies.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, market access, and global marketing teams to ensure successful brand implementation and alignment.
* Analyze market data, sales performance, and customer insights to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed.
* Develop and manage brand budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
* Lead the development of promotional materials, sales tools, and educational programs in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
* Cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and relevant external stakeholders.
* Monitor and report on brand performance, providing regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or brand management, with a proven track record of successful brand growth.
* Strong understanding of the Taiwan pharmaceutical market, including regulatory environment and healthcare system.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Results-oriented with a strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
