About You
The successful candidate will have a passion for building brands, developing sustainable business strategies and unleashing talent and capability in the K-C team. They will need to be able to build effective relationships, both internally and externally, with the ability to inspire and influence a wide range of people. An innovative and original approach will be required to develop new ideas and this will need to be coupled with effective problem-solving skills which embrace both broad-thinking and detail orientation. All areas of the role require exceptional Win Consistently, Continuously Improve and Think Customer behaviors. An ability to priorities initiatives against key business success metrics will be required, as will a positive, professional and commercially aware approach.
