Job Purpose:

  • Develop and lead brand activation/execution of annual brand strategies for assigned portfolio in alignment with Area/Global brands strategy.

  • Manage & launch new product launches for assigned portfolio, activation plans calendar to drive sustainable brand consumption and market share growth.

  • Govern & fast track Innovations to ensure timely launches & support cross-functional teams to deliver on Innovations agenda 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Brand Heart is brought to life and consistently activated across all touchpoints to build long term brand equity.

  • Develop consumer communication strategies including digital, advertising and creative to connect with consumers in building “Winning Brands”.

  • Develop winning Annual Brand Plans (ABPs) with key focus on consumer and in close collaboration with Expert, ComEx teams. Output clear local activation programs to attain growth priorities in consumption and market shares.

  • Develop and execute consumer communication strategies including digital, advertising and creative to connect with consumers in building “Winning Brands”

  • Accountable for exceeding/strengthening brand KPI – market share, sales, brand equity, penetration and bran P&L.

  • Plan, manage and optimize Advertising & Promotion budget ensuring brand strategies are adequately supported with effective ROI.

  • Drive innovation planning, sequencing, execution and tracking. Establish and adhere to innovation monitoring and performance management process/system of new product launches.

  • Execute in-market new product launches with excellence, leveraging global best practices with local adaptation (where needed).

  • Adapt and roll out global brand toolkits (materials, claims, copy) to drive consumer/customer connection.

  • Conduct periodic brand performance tracking through retail audit, equity studies. Keep all stakeholder functions aligned and informed.

  • Work seamlessly with BU Marketing to develop/localize/adapt consumer campaigns.

  • Work seamlessly with BU Marketing, Local Regulatory and Medical to attain required approvals from local regulatory authorities i.e. SFDA.

  • Work closely with BU Research/Analytics to customize KSA research projects to understand consumer behaviors and brand performances.

  • Activate brands across digital platforms through driving local digital insights.

  • Uses our framework to drive actions and decisions, role models values and expectations

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • A university degree, or equivalent

  • At least 2 years’ experience in FMCG marketing

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong understanding of Digital Platforms and KPIs

  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Numeracy and finance skills.

  • Strong commercial understanding / experience.
