The opportunity

As our Account Manager, you will drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships across your territory by representing our premium product portfolio and delivering exceptional service to retail partners.

Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you will play a key role in achieving territory sales targets, building strong customer partnerships, and ensuring outstanding in-store execution of our brands.

This role is ideal for someone with strong sales, relationship management, and territory management experience, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering measurable commercial results.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a structured territory call plan, prioritising customers to achieve sales and execution targets.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and deliver high levels of customer service and commercial support.

  • Drive in-store execution, including distribution, merchandising, displays, and promotional activity.

  • Pre-sell promotions, support brand activations (including tastings and staff education), and increase brand visibility.

  • Maintain CRM records, monitor competitor activity, manage stock or delivery issues, and communicate customer updates internally.

What you will bring to the role

  • Proven sales experience within FMCG or beverage.

  • Previous success in B2B sales developing strong working relationships

  • Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline would be advantageous however not essential.

  • RSA certification and full driving license

  • Passionate ambitious salesperson who is results orientated.
