Job Summary

The Brand Education and Activation Guide is a brand ambassador, providing best in class service to KEEN partner retailers through staff education, retail merchandising, sales contests, and providing key market feedback to company leaders. This role also requires coordination with the marketing team to roll out activation kits and in-store advertising to accounts. This role develops strong relationships with retail partner staff by consistently delivering excellent service, helping with in store event needs, and conducting quality checks.

Essential Functions

Description

  • Drives sell-through at retail partner locations by educating staff on the brand, KEEN values, product features, technical information, footwear 101, digital training tools, etc.
  • Distributes and installs seasonal POP activations kits and materials at retail locations, ensuring consistent brand storytelling across the Canadian region.
  • Coordinates with the marketing team to ensure digital training programs and strategy executed seamlessly.
  • Supports key partner retailers with in-store selling and promotional activities during sales events, grand openings, and seasonal kick offs.
  • Provides onsite support for customer-facing experiences across the country, engaging and exciting fans about KEEN values and products.
  • Provides market feedback including photos, comments from retail staff and fans, and competitor insights using internal feedback software.
  • Organizes and conducts demo events during seasonal launches, highlighting key product initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred

Minimum two (2) years experience in events, marketing, customer service and/or retail required.

Experience in the Footwear industry required.

Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bilingualism (French/English)
  • Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong ability to converse with a vast range of consumer demographics, conveying technical information in layman’s terms.
  • Demonstrates confidence and effectiveness in public speaking and in building productive new relationships.
  • Available to work occasional weekends and travel for extended periods of time.
  • Must be willing to travel regionally and nationally.
  • Must maintain valid driver’s license and meet company MVR requirements.

Travel Required: Yes, regional and national travel 15-70% of the time.

Base Salary: $62,280 - $65,740

This range represents the low and high ends of this position's anticipated base salary range. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location.
