  • Deliver measurable improvements in at least one area of campaign performance or brand consistency.

90 Days

  •  Develop and implement a comprehensive visual style guide and refined brand guidelines.
  •  Lead design efforts for multi-channel campaigns that drive marketing qualified leads.
  •  Establish scalable processes for creative production and asset management.
  • Identify and implement at least two process improvements or efficiencies within the design function.

Ongoing

  • Continuously evolve and refine the visual brand to remain relevant and differentiated.
  • Use data and performance insights to iterate on creative and improve results.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment and impact.

What Success Looks Like

  • OpenSesame has a clearly defined, cohesive, and scalable visual brand identity.
  • Marketing campaigns consistently drive stronger engagement and qualified leads.
  • Brand consistency is maintained across all channels and teams.
  • Creative production is efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
