The brand surface is expanding fast across web, social, sales, events, and internal culture, and we need a designer who can hold the bar high across all of it. You'll shape how a category-defining company is seen by the market, our customers, and our own team.

Summary

We're looking for a Brand & Marketing Designer to join the Brand team in Tel Aviv and own the visual execution of Oasis across web, social, sales, swag, and internal brand.

What you'll do

• Design across the full marketing surface, including web, social, sales decks, swag, events, and campaign assets
• Evolve and apply our visual identity consistently across every customer and prospect touchpoint
• Build the internal brand, including all-hands decks, office assets, and culture moments that make Oasis feel like Oasis from the inside
• Produce sales presentations and pitch materials that match the quality of our story and help the GTM team win
• Partner closely with brand, product marketing, web, and external agencies to ship work that moves the business

What we're looking for

• 4+ years as a brand or marketing designer, ideally inside a high-growth B2B startup
• Portfolio that shows real branding work, including identity systems and how they get applied in the wild
• Hands-on experience designing for web and social, with a clear point of view on what performs well.
• Collaborative operator who can hold the bar without being precious, and ship at startup speed
• Fluent in Hebrew and English

Bonus points

• Motion design or basic After Effects skills. 
• Background in B2B or cybersecurity companies.
• Experience working alongside external branding agencies as the in-house counterpart
