Responsibilities

  •  Reporting to the Business Unit Director develop the marketing strategy and plan in collaboration with the Global Marketing team.  

  • Be prepared to manage the Fertility portfolio along life cycle management as well as the Biosimilars current portfolio and future launches

  • Develop specific marketing & pricing strategy, considering access situations, where Customers and Patients should be the main focus through an outstanding omnichannel approach maximizing our products portfolio value.

 

Customer partnerships  

  • Strategically foster innovative added value solutions/programs with Health Authorities, Hospital Pharmacists, Medical Leaders, Physicians, Nurses, Patients and other key stakeholders.

  • Manage third parties and partners to ensure strategy design and execution.

  • Have advanced in-depth knowledge of brands and competition, customer insights which will be used to challenge status quo, influence and take broad perspective to identify innovative alternatives

 

Commercial Campaigns & Educational Programs  

  • Develop, execute and track as appropriate campaigns & programs considering non-traditional channels in order to improve efficacy and efficiency improving customer satisfaction.  

  • Conduct all activities in compliance with company policies and standards, and with the country Code of Practice.  

 

Internal relationships  

  • Highly influence and lead collaboration with all internal stakeholders i.e. Policy, Access, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Medical, Sales, Support Functions, IT/IS…  to ensure collaboration across key functions contributing to the Brands competitiveness.

 

Business and Financial acumen

  • Marketing Business Acumen and knowhow on the economic dynamics related to key players, critical audiences and related business outcomes of the area.

  • Own, develop, monitor and correct as needed the annual profit plan and long-range operating plan while managing the promotional budget. Ensure an optimal demand forecast focusing on short- and long-term tender management.

  • Scope includes resource allocation to specific audience types

 

Innovation 

  • Demonstrate strong innovative attitude while approaching customers as well as implementing new initiatives considering digital marketing experience and innovative commercial agreements

 

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree

  • MBA and / or Postgraduate degree highly desirable.

  • Min 2-3 years in Marketing Pharma

  • 2-5 years in Sales, Market Access, Business Support, other
