- Uncover consumer insights on target audience behaviors, preferences and unmet needs for Red Breast & Irish Malts & Craft Malts, and develop brand plans and campaign ideas aligned with brand strategy.
- Lead the implementation and execution of brand plans and campaigns by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure full delivery of activities, and evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives by KPIs such as brand equity metrics and sales conversion.
- Assist commercial team in product list-in strategy guidance, new outlet list-in, outlet relationship maintenance and sales goal achievement
- Monitoring & analyzing prestige On and Off trade listing(Selective TOTs & Iconic whisky bars), product rotation in targeted outlets, check Red Breast & Irish Malts & Craft Malts bottle/glass on menu
- Build strong relationship with business partners and increase brand share of voice
- Gather feedback from outlets distributing Red Breast & Irish Malts & Craft Malts on brand performance, VIPs feedback and improvement opportunities
- Optimize visibility and identify opportunities (e.g. new luxury image outlets, in-store communication) for Red Breast & Irish Malts & Craft Malts; assist sales team with store merchandising, etc
- Seek relevant opportunities for brand activation – trade associations (Prestige whisky bars focus), relevant events etc.
