Role Summary:


 
As a Brand Activation Specialist, you will support the planning, production, and execution of Fever’s presence at events, conferences, trade shows, and institutional activations. Reporting to the Brand Activation Team Lead, your role will focus on delivering high-quality, on-the-ground execution of activation plans. You will work cross-functionally with multiple business verticals, as well as with marketing, design, and external partners, ensuring that all elements are produced and implemented on time and on brand. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong production background who thrives in fast-paced environments and tight timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

 • Support the end-to-end execution of Fever’s brand activations across different markets, under the direction of the Brand Activation Team Lead.
 • Coordinate production timelines, logistics, and deliverables to ensure smooth and timely execution.
 • Collaborate with internal teams across business verticals to gather requirements and translate them into clear production actions.
 • Liaise with external vendors, production agencies, and event organizers to manage fabrication, shipping, installation, and dismantling.
 • Oversee the production of physical assets (booths, signage, print materials, merchandising, staging elements, etc.), ensuring quality and brand consistency.
 • Track budgets, invoices, and POs related to activations, supporting cost control and proper documentation.
 • Identify and resolve operational challenges quickly, both pre-event and on-site when required.
 • Contribute to the development of internal toolkits and processes to improve execution efficiency.
 • Support post-event wrap-ups by collecting feedback, visual assets, and key learnings.
 • Provide on-site support for activations when needed, including travel and hands-on coordination.


Skills & Qualifications:


 •
2-5 years of experience in event production, brand activations, experiential marketing, or similar roles.
 • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
 • Hands-on experience working with production vendors and delivering physical assets.
 • High attention to detail and commitment to execution excellence.
 • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
 • Clear communication skills and ability to work across teams.
 • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
 • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).


Nice to Have:

 • Background in production, fabrication, or technical event delivery.
 • Experience supporting multi-market or international activations.
 • Familiarity with logistics and on-site event operations.
 • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional or startup environments.
