A Day in the Life - Core Job Responsibilities
- Invoicing (monthly progress invoices, project change orders, holdback invoices)
- Maintain and balance imprest account
- Accounts Receivable
- Company Credit Cards - collecting, coding, and submitting reports
- Managing of Contracts
- Issue Purchase Orders
- Be the first line of contact with customers
Other Job Responsibilities
- Job file setup and maintenance
- General office maintenance, organization and ordering supplies
- Answer Phones
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
