We are seeking a visionary Boutique Manager to spearhead the opening and management of our unique concept store in Marbella, set to debut in the coming months. This exclusive space will unite the heritage and distinct luxury worlds of Maison Michel and Goossens
Main Missions
Sales Excellence & Team Leadership
- Master sales techniques for both accessory and jewelry categories and lead the team by example.
- Meet sales targets and implement actions to boost the business.
- Provide inspiring and creative client advice.
Client Experience
- Deliver the unique Maison Michel & Goossens client experience.
- Oversee each sales associate’s client book and the Boutique CRM.
- Authorise exchanges, refunds, and discounts.
- Step in when a sales associate faces a client issue.
- Develop the customer database.
- Manage after-sales service.
- Optimize boutique visual merchandising (product display and window animations).
Business Management
- Lead the team to excellence by developing KPIs: turnover, ATV, cross-selling, etc.
- Build and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Control back office administration: setup and launch coordination, collection buying, stock management, inventories, invoice approval, etc.
- Share insights and learnings with headquarters.
Team Development & HR
- Lead recruitment and induction activities.
- Coach the team: ensure product training, coaching sessions, and regular feedback.
- Organize staff rotas and holiday requests.
- Lead by example on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with HR for strategic issues: training plans, annual assessments, disciplinary procedures, and more.

- Proven track record in leading a new store opening or major retail project.
- Deep passion and understanding of Haute Couture accessories (Maison Michel) and High Jewelry/Art Deco (Goossens).
- Exceptional client development skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Ability to inspire, coach, and retain a high-performing team.
