Are you ready to make cars sparkle and shine? Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for a Body Shop Detailer to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding experience for every customer, every vehicle, every time!
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Body Shop Detailer, you’ll be the hero behind the gleam. You’ll keep our vehicles looking flawless for our Body Shop department. Your day-to-day will include:
Operating automated car washes to remove dirt and grime
Vacuuming interiors, spot-cleaning textile stains, and polishing solid surfaces
Detailing exterior surfaces using cleaners, buffers, and polishing compounds
Performing minor body repair on scratches and blemishes using buffers and wet sanders
Maintaining inventory of cleaning products and tools to stay efficient and organized
Participating in production meetings as needed
What You Bring to the Team:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver’s license (manual transmission skills a bonus!)
Demonstrated customer service skills with a passion for excellence
Physical stamina – able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods
A love for cars and an eye for detail!
