Key Responsibilities:
The Building Maintenance Support Staff shall provide administrative and logistical assistance in the operations of the Facilities Services Section, in support of the goals and objectives of WVDF, with the end in view of creating a balanced customer service focus and accountability that undertakes continuous improvement of systems, services, and stewardship.
This is an regular/open-ended post based in Quezon City.
Major Responsibilities
Conducts regular inspection of the following:
Facilitates daily office minor repair and maintenance works such as electrical, plumbing and carpentry works and/or repairs including workstation configurations and moves:
Coordinate with and supervise service providers for routine maintenance to ensure efficient operations.
Clean and refill water storage tanks according to schedule.
Maintain adequate facility supplies, including proper safekeeping of tools.
Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of facility documents, including service providers’ preventive maintenance reports.
Regularly update the supervisor on inspection results, maintenance and re
pair work performed, and associated costs; submit a monthly report.
Support organizational and team activities, including spiritual formation initiatives.
Manage individual performance commitments and development plans in coordination with the supervisor.
Perform other assigned tasks, including providing team support during staff absences and being available on weekends for emergency response operations.
Demonstrate commitment to organizational values and ethical standards in all work and relationships.
Qualifications
