Location: Krakow - hybrid work (3 days per week in the office)

What does our Team do? 

As Agency Billing and Incentive Management Team (ABIM) we manage Sabre’s customer contracts with precision and care, bringing business relationships to life.

Our team delivers world-class support by understanding our customers’ needs.

We are responsible for the management of contracts, billing and incentive calculations for Travel Agencies in EMEA region. Additionally, we generate, analyze and deliver valuable information and support to stakeholders within and outside the company.

We differentiate by hiring, developing and retaining highly skilled and motivated Sabre employees.

We assist travel agencies with the analysis, recreation, and resolution from simple to high complexity problems, follow up on incoming Cases related to Contract, billing and incentives.

Act as a liaison between different internal teams ensuring a prompt resolution is achieved while working in a high-speed multitasking environment. Showing a high sense of urgency for sensitive issues and ensuring the right level of communication is maintained with internal and external teams according to the appropriate defined KPI goals. 

Duties/Responsibilities of the role:

  • Under general supervision, provide contract administration and customer support to travel agencies worldwide.
  • Quality controls and contracts analysis
  • Billing, invoicing, payment process and reporting
  • Creation and setting up of new contracts and order placement. 
  • Point of contact for internal and external customers
  • Product Information

Job Requirements 

  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English 
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken German, French, Italian or Greek
  • Polish, Spanish and Arabic language also would be a plus
  • Ability to analyze and identify key problems and make decisions to solve issues 
  • Basic Accounting skills or back office background
  • Computer software skills: MS Office.
  • Ability to extend knowledge in the area of new technologies, SAP  and excel advance skills will be valued.
