Job Summary: This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Major Duties:

  • You will coordinate with tenant commands to input enterprise Military Housing (eMH) data related to the check-ins and vacates of residents, block and unblock beds, and the general updating of resident information.
  • You will create, copy, edit, calculate, revise, retrieve, store and print a wide range of documents in final format from handwritten drafts (e.g., correspondence, reports, graphs, calendar, statistics, mailing labels, tables, etc.)
  • You will reformat or manipulate existing databases to meet reporting requirements (standard and on-standard).
  • You will conduct facility inspections at least twice annually to determine facility conditions, maintenance trends, and malicious damage.
  • You will assist the Director in designing, installing, and maintaining an automated database for statistical and historical information relating to bachelor housing occupancy, utilization, and maintenance.
  • You will submit requirements for major repairs such as paint, plaster, and refinishing floors to supervisor for typing and submission.
  • You will perform minor maintenance such as changing ceiling tiles and light bulbs.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of general experience in federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.
