The Plan Sponsor Administration team links people, technology, and expert services to simplify group benefits administration and provide a consistent, powerful member and client experience. Our team supports our Group Benefits clients, coordinating efforts to provide world class benefits administration and customer service.  

Plan Sponsor Administration is looking for a Bilingual Installation Administrator to join our team. The primary role will be the setup and maintenance of Group Benefits plan structures, claims and administration systems which include maintenance of the Plan Member/Administrator website. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated who is committed to quality and service.  If you enjoy working in a fast paced, changing environment where every day brings something new and innovative ideas are encouraged, you may be the candidate we are looking for!

Responsibilities:

  • System setup for New Issues, Reissues, Amendments, and project including creation of health/dental packages and benefit codes

  • Responsible for checking reports to ensure all changes have fed accurately

  • Interpret how claims are to be paid from a policy application or amendment and highlight any risks or concerns

  • Investigate and respond to queries related to plan implementation/amendment

  • Participate in team retrospectives, refinement meetings and daily standups providing feedback on challenges and status updates  

  • Support a culture of continuous improvement by always looking for improvements.

Salary range is expected to be between

$44,775.00 CAD - $74,625.00 CAD
