Here’s the Impact You’ll Make
In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You’ll help transform complex client needs into clear, actionable solutions that drive real value.

You will:

  • Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business needs
  • Translate requirements into detailed technical specifications
  • Support the design, development, and delivery of web portal solutions
  • Ensure solutions are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with client expectations
  • Contribute to the successful migration and implementation of client portals

What You’ll Accomplish Together
Working closely with developers, QA teams, client stakeholders, and internal partners, you will:

  • Lead requirements gathering through workshops and client interactions
  • Break down complex needs into clear, structured documentation
  • Collaborate on solution design and estimation discussions
  • Support development teams by clarifying requirements
  • Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are applied
  • Contribute to release documentation and communication
  • Manage priorities across multiple projects with tight timelines

Qualifications

  • 5+ years Business Analysis experience
  • 5+ years web portal/digital platform experience
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Experience working with developers and QA teams
  • Client-facing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual (French and English)

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
