Bilingual Field Support Analyst

About the Role

The IT Field Support Analyst (FSA) is the face of IT for assigned regional business units, providing Level 2 desk-side and remote support. This role maintains computing environments, supports business-critical systems, and acts as a liaison between IT and end users. The FSA also contributes to M&A integration activities.

Frequent travel (up to 90%) across the U.S. and Canada is required, often within 48 hours’ notice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary IT contact for regional business units

  • Provide Level 2 technical support (desk-side and remote)

  • Maintain and administer hardware, software, networks, and configurations

  • Resolve complex and cross-technology incidents; escalate as needed

  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and M&A integrations

  • Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and knowledge base documentation

  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders

  • Support asset management, vendor coordination, and reporting

  • Contribute to strategic projects and service improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related IT field.

  • A+ and/or MCSA certifications preferred.

  • 5+ years of end-user support experience in large environments.

  • Fluent in English and French language.

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage urgent priorities and work extended hours when required

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
