Job Description

What is the opportunity?

Provides first line of support and problem resolution for selected products and services. With extensive knowledge of the job and policies/practices, performs a wide range of advanced administrative/operational assignments.

What will you do?

  • Assist in resolving escalated client complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure all customer communications are clearly and accurately documented for record-keeping and compliance purposes.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in complaint cases, providing timely and empathetic support.
  • Draft and deliver clear, concise, and professional written communications to clients.
  • Speak with clarity, professionalism, and empathy with clients during complaint management process
  • Manage administrative tasks, including data collation, organization, and reporting.
  • Liaise with Client Services teams to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of client issues.
  • Complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) tasks with a high degree of attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional support
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with clients in diverse settings
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French, with proficiency in both spoken and written communication
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues effectively
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and interactions.

Nice-to-have

  • LOMA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and skilled in editing and manipulating PDF files
  • Familiarity with Life and Health Insurance administration systems

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$46,000.00 - $70,000.00
