Position Summary You will lead a small team that turns data into clear insights and actions. You will work closely with business leaders, digital teams, and IT to deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics that guide decisions. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead and coach a BI and data analytics team to deliver timely, high-quality analytics and reporting. - Partner with business stakeholders to define analytics needs and translate them into clear requirements. - Design, build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using modern BI tools. - Ensure data quality and create repeatable analytics processes and documentation. - Drive adoption of analytics outputs through stakeholder engagement and clear storytelling. - Oversee project plans, priorities and resource allocation to meet business deadlines. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Manage day-to-day delivery of analytics products, including dashboards, KPI trackers and ad-hoc analyses. - Translate business questions into analytical approaches and present clear, actionable recommendations. - Ensure data governance practices are followed and collaborate with IT on data pipelines and integrations. - Build team capability through coaching, training and hiring decisions. - Monitor performance of analytics solutions and iterate based on user feedback. - Support cross-functional projects that use data to improve customer experience and commercial effectiveness. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics or a related role. - At least 2 years experience managing or leading a small analytics team. - Strong skills in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent. - Good SQL skills and experience working with relational databases. - English proficiency and ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences sector. - Experience with cloud data platforms (for example AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Knowledge of scripting or data science tools (Python, R) for advanced analytics. - Familiarity with CRM or commercial data sources and related analytics. - Experience with data governance, metadata management or data quality frameworks. - Ability to present complex topics simply to senior stakeholders. Work model This position is hybrid. You will work from the Korea office and collaborate with teams remotely. We expect regular in-person attendance for team and stakeholder meetings.
