The Opportunity
This position works out of our Alajuela, Coyol location in the Vascular division that provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for the treatment of vascular disease.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with HRBP leaders and managers in creating processes and solutions which support a positive employee relation environment through effective communications, policies and practices. Guide and influence staff, key managers on HR matters to ensure effective and compliant solutions.
- Act as an advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Support the implementation of HR programs including performance management, talent development, and engagement initiatives.
- Supports the development, implementation, and administration of internal HR policies to ensure compliance, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain and audit HR data in systems (e.g., Workday), ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to support recruitment and workforce planning activities.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs and HR communications.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Provides support for internal and external audits by ensuring policy compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating audit readiness across HR processes.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts through program coordination and data tracking.
- Supports the development and analysis of HR metrics, including turnover KPIs and employee surveys, to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain updated job descriptions and assist in job evaluation processes.
Shift: Admin (Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineer, Administration or similar careers.
3 to 5 years of working experience in similar roles
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, performance management, compensation practices, and policy governance.
Demonstrated effective communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Intermediate Commands of English
