Job Responsibilities
* Assist recruiters in posting job openings on various platforms, including internal and external job boards.
* Review resumes and applications, identifying candidates who meet initial qualifications.
* Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate interest, skills, and availability.
* Schedule interviews for candidates with hiring managers and follow up on interview logistics.
* Maintain and update candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Support the creation and distribution of recruitment marketing materials.
* Participate in special projects related to recruitment process improvement or employer branding initiatives.
* Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team as needed.

Job Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
