What You’ll Do
- Manage and follow up with customer leads across sales, service, and parts
- Build and maintain a strong customer database for retention
- Schedule and confirm high-quality appointments
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Stay current on promotions, pricing, and dealership offerings
- Turn inquiries into appointments and opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with phones, CRM systems, and basic computer functions
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage time and multitask effectively
- Bilingual and/or dealership experience is a plus
What We Offer
- Earning Potential: $50,000 – $90,000 annually
