About Our Program:

The North American Peak Achievement Athletics Internship Program is designed to give undergraduate & graduate students an opportunity to gain valuable work experience, to learn more about the business and their field of studies to be able to excel in your careers! Interns will have optional 60 – minute lunch & learns to give exposure to business initiatives and departments as well as mentors to help guide you through.

Exeter, NH Program Timeline: Tuesday, June 2, 2026 – Friday, August 14, 2026 (10 weeks)

This internship will be up to 36 hours per week with 3 days a week in office (Tuesday-Thursday) & 2 days remote. (Monday & Friday).

Want to join our team as a Content Creator Intern? 

The Content Creator Intern will report to the Content Creator, and you’ll support the Social and Creative teams by producing visual assets for Bauer’s digital and social channels, while learning how content is planned, created, and distributed at a global sports brand. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, content producers, and social strategists, and gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing functions. This internship is ideal for a creative student with a strong interest in graphic design and social-first content, with exposure to short-form video editing.

 

What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Create social-first graphic assets using Adobe Photoshop for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X
  • Support light video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, including trimming clips, assembling short-form edits, adding basic text overlays, and formatting content for social platforms
  • Assist with preparing and organizing creative assets for publishing across social channels
  • Participate in social newsroom sessions and creative brainstorms with the Social and Creative teams

 

What You Will Bring: 

  • Pursuing a degree in marketing, advertising, creative writing, business, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. (required)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro for basic video editing. (required)
  • Understanding of social-first design and short-form video formats.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills..
  • Clear communicator and collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
