Role Summary

The Senior Associate in Basket Operations is responsible for managing the end-to-end ETF basket creation and approval process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, operational expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Basket Creation & Approval
    • Verify receipt of NAV and initiate basket build process.
    • Validate round lots and approve basket
    • Review and apply corporate actions (e.g., stock splits, mergers, rights distributions) to baskets using ETF Global Platform.
    • Prepare and review coversheets for reporting and fund modifications; ensure timely submission to BST.
    • Monitor data quality and mitigate risks related to inaccurate or incomplete basket data.
    • Participate in ETF fund launches, validate checklist items, and ensure readiness for model office testing.
    • Respond to client inquiries regarding basket composition, corporate actions, and operational issues.
    • Utilize platforms such as ETF Global Platform, Bloomberg, Excel, and Outlook for daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 1–2 years in accounting, pricing, or corporate actions; ETF basket creation experience preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational systems.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

Salary Range:

$52,000 - $84,760 Annual
