Summary:
The Fulfillment Team at Reed Exhibitions is a dynamic group of detail-oriented individuals who execute our exhibitors’ media programs. The team works closely with many other departments, focusing on media partners per show, to ensure all deliverables are met, and managed to deadlines. To be able to manage and meet all deadlines based on media partner agreements and make sure all things are well communicated across all stakeholders involved. Be able to adapt to many different situations and people, can juggle multiple projects, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. FAs are responsible for the ongoing oversight of all exhibitor media programs, logistics and overall execution against exhibitor customer experience before, during and after the event.
Responsibilities:
To ensure proper Smartsheet Tracker has been set up prior to the kickoff call with either the PR and/or the Event Operations team.
To check/verify all Media Partner agreements are signed before activating all deliverables and match on Salesforce (if applicable).
To check all assets are ready from the Creatives Team or the marketing manager working with in the show supported.
To update all trackers visible amongst all stakeholders (marketing manager, show team, media partners, and other RXPH workstreams - PR, Event Operations, Creatives) for proper tracking of all Barter deliverables
Make sure to attend all meetings/catch up sessions amongst stakeholders.
Maintain a healthy relationship with all stakeholders, especially with the media partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Marketing
Great communication and organizational skills
