What you'll do:

The Insured Deposit Solutions Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all new Insured Deposit Solution (IDS) account requests, transactions, and updates are completed in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for ensuring that your assigned operational functions are efficiently and accurately performed while maintaining a high quality of customer service and optimal departmental workflow.

• Process New IDS account requests in a timely and accurate manner.

• Process transaction and maintenance requests.

• Perform callback on requests as needed.

• Provides a high level of responsiveness to inquiries related to a wide range of banking transactions. 

• Analyzing, researching, and resolving escalated issues may be required.

• Assists in mitigating risk, verifying audit compliance, and procedural quality control.

• Ensures compliance with established Bank policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.

• Work directly with team members to problem-solve and assist bank employees as needed.

You'll work with the Insured Deposit Solutions Team Lead and Deposit Banking System Manager to identify opportunities to establish process efficiencies, improve reporting, gather and analyze data, and provide recommendations.

What you'll need:

• 3+ years of related experience in Banking Operations or similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Ability to independently research and solve simple to moderately complex scenarios.
• Back office banking operations experience preferred.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
