About the Role

Bancassurance FC

工作职责:

• 沟通与维护银行网点关系，提升公司在银行网点的竞争力, 达成既定的个人业绩目标
• 组织银行网点的培训和执行各类客户活动
• 协助银行理财经理销售，并达成既定的业绩目标
• 为银行网点提供客户分层管理专业意见
• 辅导网点理财经理完成保单销售和客户服务
• 配合公司和银行网点做好售后服务工作
• 按公司规定参加培训及会议，完成活动量管理工作

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历
• 3年以上市场营销经验（有银行保险经验者优先录用）
• 熟悉银行业务流程，具备较好的培训能力，能独立承担对银行相关人员进行产品知识和销售技能培训的工作，提升网点销售产能和业务品质
• 熟悉保险及金融业务知识
• 通过公司和监管要求的相关培训及资格认证考试
• 较强的沟通协调能力
