The Performance Marketing manager will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and maintaining the company core products digital marketing strategy. This individual will lead the relationship with agencies & key partners to ensure daily operation and continuous improvement of the channel. The performance marketing manager must have strong skills in creating and maintaining projects, influence others at all levels of the business and ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders while adapting quickly to rapidly changing priorities.
As part of this role, the individual needs to be a creative problem solver with a customer-centric oriented mindset.
Tasks:
· Responsible for the planning and execution of digital marketing plans with clear performance objectives aligned with business goals.
· Optimization of campaign’s budget to maximize CPA, CPC, CPV, CTR & ROI. Ensure all data form marketing campaigns is clearly analyzed and reports.
· Identify improvements on acquisition and awareness campaigns and shaping roadmaps to implement changes required.
· Develop A/B test campaign experiments across digital marketing channels, including messaging, segmentation and platforms, to optimize performance.
· Work closely with product, agencies, and marketing teams to design and implement digital marketing campaigns.
· Manage and report digital marketing performance to stakeholders; use results as data driven insights for improvements, and establish best practices
· Keep up to date with the latest best practices and integrations on digital marketing
Requirements:
· Data Driven
· Strong knowledge on Paid Social, Programmatic, Google Ads (Google AdWords certified preferred)
· Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects at once.
· Proven experience in all three stages of the marketing funnel, especially in conversion and marketing analytics.
· Ability to track, measure, and report on results
· Experience in attribution models.
· Resilience capacity in a highly controlled environment
· Analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data
· Skilled in problem solving and project management
· Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results
· Experience of managing the complete lifecycle of a project, creating, and maintaining them, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies
· Line management or team leader experience
· Diplomatic ability to influence others at all levels of the business and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders
· Ability to display data visually, creating powerful presentations which effectively quantify and justify value created.
· Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically and creatively solve
