The Sales Support Function Grp Mgr manages multiple teams of senior professionals through other senior managers. The job requires a broad and comprehensive understanding of the different systems, theories and practices relevant to a function as well as practical experience of multiple business cycles. In-depth knowledge of the industry and direct competitors' products/services is also necessary in order to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business. Requires thorough understanding of strategic direction of the function within the business, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in both the function and/ or area of expertise. Excellent communication skills required in order to influence a wide range of audiences. The job is likely to be involved in both internal and external negotiations which will have a major impact on the area managed, and possibly on other related areas and organization as a whole. Develops medium- to long-term plans and executes functional strategies for a large/complex country, cluster of countries, or business requiring coordination and integration across units. Provides input into strategic decisions affecting job family or function within a region or business. Full management responsibility of multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning. Has authority to negotiate and make independent decisions on issues/activities that have critical impact or influence on company revenues, capital or business operations. Typically, a direct report to an C16 role and sits on the highest functional leadership team within a region, job function, or global business.

Responsibilities:
  • Drives client value, leads change, works as a partner, delivers results, acts as an owner, and builds great teams.
  • Provides strategic direction to all Sales Support employees, seeking to meet and exceed customer expectations and business goals.
  • Maintains direct leadership responsibility and accountability
  • Develops nationwide sales strategy, as well as execution of Volume Plan, Expense Plan, Quality targets and the Client Experience
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree and 15+ years business sales experience; 10+ years management experience

Education:
  • Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree; managerial experience

El Chief Investment Officer / Director de Estrategia de Inversiones tiene como objetivo consolidar el liderazgo integral de la estrategia de inversiones de Wealth Management, integrando:

Definición y evolución de la oferta de productos de inversión, incluyendo productos especializados y el desarrollo de nuevas soluciones.

Gestión estratégica de nuestra alianza con BlackRock en la gestión de fondos de inversión.

Dirección del equipo de especialistas y asesores de inversión segmento Privada y Patrimonial, responsables del diseño de portafolios personalizados, portafolios modelo y su correcta explicación y adopción por parte de banqueros y clientes.

Responsabilidades clave:

Será responsable de establecer la estrategia de inversiones y arquitectura de productos; incluyendo el diseño, evaluación y evolución del portafolio de productos de inversión (fondos, estrategias especializadas, estructurados, derivados, alternativos, soluciones discrecionales y no discrecionales).

Capaz de identificar las tendencias de mercado y oportunidades de innovación para mantener la oferta más competitiva del mercado.

Mantener las relaciones con gestores y aliados estratégicos; estableciendo un gobierno que permita tener el aprovechamiento de las capacidades de nuestro socio estratégico BlackRock

Gestión del equipo de especialistas y asesores de inversión del segmento Patrimonial y Privado; así como del equipo que diseña portafolios a la medida de los clientes.

Asegurar la correcta comunicación, capacitación y acompañamiento a banqueros y clientes sobre portafolios modelo y soluciones de inversión.

Habilidades /Experiencia

Experiencia de mínimo 10 años manejando equipos especializados

Experiencia generando ejecutando y supervisando estrategias para el segmento Patrimonial y Privada. Experto en productos relacionados al segmento tanto de inversión como de crédito

Visión y entendimiento macroeconómico y de los mercados globales, así como pensamiento de largo plazo y gestión del ciclo económico

Experiencia estableciendo relaciones corporativas tanto al interior como exterior (proveedor de portafolios de inversión)

Familiarizado con la construcción de relaciones/proyectos transversales ente bancas y segmentos (Priority, Pyme, Blue, Empresarial)

Conocimiento de instrumentos financieros complejos (notas estructuradas, derivados crédito básico “caución”)
