The General Services Chef Assistant is an intermediate level professional responsible for performing culinary tasks to ensure a positive dining experience, in coordination with the General Services function. The overall objective is to utilize culinary knowledge and experience to influence team to provide a high-quality dining experience and mitigate potential issues and customer complaints. This role works under limited supervision.

Education:
Recibir y controlar los insumos, almacenes y bodegas de perecederos y no perecederos, así como de material y equipos de servicio. (mantelería, uniformes, instrumentos para equipos de cocina y servicio)
Escolaridad: Mínimo preparatoria preferente Lic. O Carrera a fin.
Experiencia laboral: 3 a 5 años comprobable recientes en las actividades.
Idiomas: Deseable
Otros conocimientos:
Conocimientos: Excel, Bases de Datos, Cruce de Información, Sistemas Internos, experiencia dentro del giro gastronómico. (Deseable)
