Emi, our main product, is an A.I. recruitment assistant that enables companies to engage in a conversation with each applicant to detect interested and qualified individuals while saving Recruiters a huge amount of time by automating tasks such as screening, validating skills, scheduling interviews, and collecting documents.
About our Conversations Team
Everything at Emi works around our AI-driven conversation with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. The Conversations team is responsible for building the Conversation Engine to make that happen.
What you'll be doing
As a Back-end Engineer, you will be building a state-of-the-art conversational engine and creating the tools to scale the throughput of conversations that Emi can handle.
