About the Team:

The B2B team operates like a startup within CookUnity — an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and innovative team that is charting a bold new path by bringing these same exceptional culinary experiences to businesses, organizations, and their employees.

You will work closely with the Head of B2B, the sales, marketing and product team around strategy and execution.

About the Role:

CookUnity’s Business Team is seeking a strategic and execution-focused SEO & Growth Content Manager to own organic growth and conversion messaging. This is not a traditional "siloed" SEO role; you will be the architect of our B2B narrative, ensuring our value proposition resonates across Corporate, Healthcare, and Channel Partner segments.

You will sit at the intersection of SEO, Sales Enablement, and Performance Marketing. Your mission is to translate search insights and sales feedback into a high-converting content engine. From building and testing landing pages in Webflow to partnering with the Ads lead on messaging frameworks, you will own the end-to-end journey of an organic lead.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO & Search Intelligence

  • Keyword & Competitive Strategy: Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to define the language and positioning that wins in the B2B meal-service space.
  • AEO & Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of SEO trends with a focus on Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), ensuring CookUnity’s authority in AI-driven search results.
  • Performance Tracking: Own the organic growth roadmap, tracking qualified traffic and lead volume via GSC, Ahrefs, and GA4.

2. Content Strategy & Sales Alignment

  • The Content Engine: Manage the B2B content calendar, write/edit high-impact blogs, and partner with B2C teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify common objections and "deal-winning" language, translating these insights into landing pages and sales playbooks.
  • ICP-Specific Messaging: Develop tailored messaging frameworks for our core personas (Corporate, Healthcare, and Channel Partners).

3. Conversion & Webflow Management

  • Webflow Ownership: Hands-on development and optimization of B2B landing pages within Webflow.
  • A/B Testing & CRO: Design and run experiments on headlines, CTAs, and page structures to continually improve conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Ad-Ops Partnership: Support the Advertising Lead by providing high-intent keywords and tested messaging frameworks to improve ROAS and paid landing page performance.

4. Distribution & Authority

  • Off-Site Growth: Expand CookUnity’s digital footprint through organic distribution, off-site placements, and authority-building content.
  • Internal Linking: Develop and maintain a sophisticated internal linking strategy to distribute equity to high-value conversion pages.

Bonus Qualifications (The "Extra Mile")

  • B2B Funnel Mastery: Deep understanding of the B2B marketing funnel (MQL to SQL to Close) and how content serves as a lever at each stage of the buyer’s journey.
  • Email Marketing & Lifecycle: Experience with email nurture sequences or newsletters. Ability to repurpose SEO content into high-performing email copy that re-engages cold B2B prospects.
  • Full-Stack Mentality: Familiarity with CRM tools to track how organic leads move through the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • B2B Growth Experience: 3-5+ years in SEO and Content Marketing, specifically within a B2B or high-growth startup environment.
  • Webflow Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience building and managing pages in Webflow.
  • The "Growth" Mindset: Proven track record of running A/B experiments and using data to prove how content converts ICPs.
  • Technical SEO Mastery: Deep knowledge of site architecture, schema for AEO, and SEO toolsets (Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
  • Exceptional Copywriting: Ability to write persuasive, persona-based copy that balances SEO requirements with high-touch B2B sales goals

Compensation

All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Pay Range for this position $75,000$85,000 USD
