Hiring: B2B Digital Content & E-Commerce Manager

I’m Adelina Kiškytė, leading Digital Operations and Optimization team at Telia, and I’m currently looking for a B2B Digital Content & E-Commerce Manager to join our team in Vilnius. The role focuses on managing and optimizing B2B digital content to support commercial goals and enhance the overall customer experience. The role has a strong operational focus while also contributing at a strategic level.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and continuously improve B2B website and e‑shop content to support commercial goals and user experience.
  • Create, update, and maintain digital content across multiple platforms using data, SEO/AI, and UX best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to build and execute a high‑impact B2B content strategy.
  • Identify optimization opportunities across content performance, digital sales, CMS capabilities, and content processes.
  • Drive content performance by delivering value and measurable business results.
  • Set measurable content goals and use analytics to drive data‑informed decisions and results.

What will help you thrive in this role

The suitable candidate is an analytical and proactive doer with a strong strategic, solution‑oriented mindset. You are comfortable turning data into actionable insights and bring solid stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities are essential, along with the capacity to perform effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Solid background in B2B e-commerce and website content management and optimization.
  • Familiarity with working with data and analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Qlik, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g. Contentful or similar)
  • Good knowledge of digital customer journeys and CRO.
  • Experience in copywriting and creating written content.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO and UX principles.
  • At least basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages (both written and spoken).

Monthly salary range for this position – 2700-3700 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses, depending on your skills and experience.
