About the Role

As a Solution Architect / Presales – AWS, you will work both internally and externally with our partner ecosystem and sales organization to design, position, and support AWS-based solutions and projects.

What You’ll Do

• Support the design and architecture of AWS vendor solutions to meet customer requirements in Sweden.

• Deliver a high level of service and meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Respond quickly and effectively to customer and partner inquiries.

• Communicate product and technical information to educate both internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage solution and product requests from internal and external sales teams as well as reseller partners.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in any Nordics languages and English.

• Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working with AWS.

• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

• Cloud vendor certifications (especially AWS) are a plus.

• Knowledge of the IT industry — channel, vendors, competitors, and end users — is desirable.
