Role Summary/Purpose:
The Goldmind Production Team Lead is dedicated to overseeing a highly skilled team of designers focused on lower-tier creative projects and tasks. The ideal candidate will drive design excellence, foster high performance and champion best practices throughout the production pipeline. This role is critical in building strong partnerships across creative leaders and project managers, ensuring seamless project alignment, efficient workflow and impactful delivery.

Essential Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day creative production tasks, including asset resizing, adaptation, and updates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
Drive the team to consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high quality and brand consistency across all deliverables.
Collaborate closely with Associate Creative Directors (ACDs) and production coordinators to clarify project direction, acting as the creative quality assurance and ensuring effective translation of design intent.
Identify skill gaps within the team, provide targeted training, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing to enhance overall team capability.
Track and analyze key production metrics to monitor team productivity and quality, regularly reporting trends and insights to leadership to inform success measures and continuous improvement.
Support seamless communication and coordination across creative leaders and project management to ensure alignment on goals, scope, and resource allocation.
Work collaboratively with the production coordinator to manage project intake, task assignments, milestone tracking, and ensure on-time delivery of creative assets.
Serve as the go-to senior creative resource for resolving cross-functional design challenges and making informed decisions that support broader team objectives.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or in lieu of degree, high school diploma/GED and a minimum 8+ years of professional experience in creative production, marketing operations, or project coordination within an agency, marketing department, or related environment.
5+ years of professional experience in creative production, marketing operations, or project coordination within an agency, marketing department, or related environment.
2+ years of proven leadership in managing creative teams and complex projects.
Demonstrated experience executing and overseeing lower-tier creative production tasks and projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Desired Characteristics:
Exceptional skills in creative direction, problem-solving, stakeholder communication and team motivation.
Expertise with digital, UX/UI, branding, and/or print design, as well as industry tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
Familiarity with distributed team dynamics and project management tools (e.g., Workfront, JIRA, Asana).
Outstanding ability to build, manage and sustain partnerships with creative, business, and project management teams.
Previous experience leading offshore or distributed creative teams.
Experience in design strategy, business development or partnership with Line of Business leadership.
Advanced industry certifications in design, leadership or project management.
Grade/Level: 11
The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
