$105,000.00/Yr. - $140,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The AVP, Marketing Data Governance & Quality is responsible for ensuring that marketing-generated data is trusted, auditable, compliant, and ready for activation across Salesforce and downstream systems. This role owns the standards, controls, and release processes that sit between raw data ingestion and execution, enabling Marketing and RevOps teams to scale signal usage without compromising CRM integrity, cost efficiency, or regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and enforce marketing data standards, definitions, and source-of-truth decisions
  • Own governed data release criteria and quality thresholds for activation into Salesforce and execution platforms
  • Monitor and remediate data quality issues including duplication, completeness, latency, and routing
  • Ensure compliance, auditability, lineage, and alignment with regulatory and privacy requirements
  • Partner with Marketing, MarTech, Enterprise Data, RevOps, and Sales to balance speed and control
  • Scale governance through offshore support, automation, and AI-driven quality monitoring

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, RevOps operations, or enterprise data management roles
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM data models, marketing and RevOps data lifecycles, and downstream activation use cases
  • Demonstrated expertise in data quality metrics, monitoring, and remediation (e.g., duplication, completeness, latency, routing)
  • Experience with data governance and cataloging platforms such as Collibra or equivalent tools
  • Working knowledge of data lineage, auditability, consent, and privacy requirements across marketing data flows
  • Clear communicator capable of explaining governance decisions to non‑technical stakeholders
