Position Summary
The AVP – FP&A supports financial planning and analysis activities including projects, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and investor relations deliverables. This is a high-visibility role with direct interaction and partnership with executives and various senior leaders.
What You’ll Do
Support VP – FP&A in all earnings deliverables including earnings release, earnings release presentation, Q&A preparation, and earnings support material
Maintain sell-side analyst model/estimate summary that provides analysis and insight into analyst expectations across several key financial metrics and compares to internal estimates
Maintain and enhance peer benchmark reporting that compares company performance against peer proxy group and provide key insights to senior leadership
Assist in developing and evaluating strategic initiatives and investments, including financial modeling and due diligence for new investments or business opportunities
Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to business leaders, translating financial results into clear insights and identifying trends, risks and opportunities
Coordinate and manage forecasting and budgeting processes for new and in-flight initiatives
Utilize tools such as Workiva, Workday, Adaptive Planning, S&P Market Intelligence and Visible Alpha to support reporting, automation and advanced financial analytics
Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience
6+ years of relevant financial experience, ideally in FP&A, corporate finance, investor relations or banking
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and cross-functional partners while demonstrating excellent judgement and professionalism
Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including financial modeling and executive-level presentation materials. Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, Workiva, S&P Market Intelligence, Visible Alpha and other reporting/forecasting tools a plus

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000-$110,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
