Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage margin calls, collateral movements, and substitutions across multiple entities in accordance with governing legal agreements and internal procedures, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with regulatory and control standards
Review margin calls bookings for accuracy and completeness when authorizing the margin in internal systems and external platforms
Review and investigate margin disputes, ensuring accurate, well-documented commentary on breaks and underlying drivers, with notes captured and maintained within the collateral system
Regular communication with Treasury, Repo, XVA & Trading Desks, to ensure collateral posted is aligned with their optimization objectives
Investigate and manage cash and non-cash collateral settlement fails, ensuring accurate resolutions and adherence to internal controls
To actively participate in both the development and delivering of comprehensive solutions to support new business initiatives
Performing and reviewing daily reconciliations that serve as key controls to our margin process and to actively assist management with the design of the Collateral Management control set.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of collateral management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred
Strong working knowledge of bilateral and cleared OTC margin processes, including experience with Acadia Margin Manager and Triresolve
Familiarity with collateral-management systems required, with experience using Colline is preferred
Working knowledge of segregated collateral structures and processes, including initial margin exchange for UMR-in-scope counterparties and 40 Act segregation requirements for applicable funds
Understanding of collateral related documentation, CSA, MSFTA, GMRA etc.

The expected base salary ranges from $82,000 - $115,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, including Medical, Dental and 401K plans, successful candidates are also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
