Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor the service department team to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance service operations, increase profitability, and improve customer satisfaction.
Monitor service department performance metrics and initiate corrective actions as needed.
Ensure the service department is compliant with manufacturer standards and guidelines.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and professional growth.
Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
Manage department budgets, expenses, and resource allocation efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an automotive service management role, with a proven track record of success.
